The original cottage was lifted and we put in a full foundation underneath.
A boathouse was built in 2007. An addition to the cottage was completed in the winter of 2015.

A garage was built in 2015.
We renovated the deck and added a deck extension in 2016 along with some interior renovations.

Project Challenges
Seguin Township found rot in wall and floor of cottage.
How We Solved The Challenges
To eradicate the rot we jacked up both floors and replaced 14 feet of exterior wall and the main floor.
