Echo Beach
Project Scope
Our Echo Beach lake house was a complete build, footings to finish.
Custom 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on 3 Mile Lake.
This home is beautifully outfitted with cathedral ceilings, open floor plan, separate large pantry, and large deck off the back patio doors with an incredible view of the lake.
Large unfinished basement with plenty of room for finishing touches. Foundation is ICF – insulated concrete form.
